BRATA MEDIA PRESS, founded by Mr. Brata Chakraborty (CSE & PhD, IIT Madras), is the sole owner of all original intellectual works created by or on behalf of the Company, including:

• The BRATA MEDIA PRESS brand name, logo, and visual identity system
• All website content, copy, page layouts, and user interface designs
• Proprietary software frameworks, code libraries, and development methodologies
• Marketing materials, case studies, blog posts, and technical articles
• Press releases, media kits, and promotional assets
• All multimedia content produced for internal or client use

02Protected Works

The following specific elements on this website and in our service deliverables are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without express written permission:

• Logo & Brand Mark: The BRATA MEDIA PRESS logo, wordmark, icon, and any derived marks
• Written Content: All articles, service descriptions, blog posts, case studies, and documentation
• Design Work: Website layouts, graphic designs, UI/UX designs, icons, and visual assets
• Source Code: Proprietary code, scripts, templates, and development frameworks

05Copyright in Client Deliverables

Copyright in custom deliverables created by BRATA MEDIA PRESS for a Client is transferred to that Client upon receipt of full and final payment, as per our Terms & Conditions. Until such payment is received, all intellectual property rights remain with BRATA MEDIA PRESS.

Our proprietary frameworks, base code, methodologies, and pre-existing tools incorporated into client projects remain the intellectual property of BRATA MEDIA PRESS. Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use these components within their delivered project only.

Attribution ("Designed & Developed by BRATA MEDIA PRESS") shall remain in place unless formally removed under our Source Code & Footer Removal Policy.

06Infringement & Reporting

If you believe that any content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

1. Your full name and contact information
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
3. Identification of the material on our site that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
6. Your electronic or physical signature

We take all infringement claims seriously and will investigate and respond promptly.

07Open-Source & Third-Party Components
